I don't want to become tangled in a popularity/asspatting contest, although I want to share and it's a great way to get my name known I guess. As much as I don’t like this aspect of DA, places like Conceptart.org with honest crits are certainly not as immune to such popularity contests or blindly thinking certain members are wonderful as they may think. And that has the downside of having only a certain type of art getting the true attention also…

I'm going to art school this year. Well, hoping I get in, not to be egotistical but at least I think I have a good chance. My art teacher thinks I'll get in easily, but I don't like to get my hopes up too much either. Portfolio day next month...

I'm paranoid about this copyright thing, I don't begin to really understand the ins and outs of it but even if it's not a problem, I'm paranoid about theft. And it's not just amazing art that gets stolen so it's not out of the question. Apart from that I've never met anyone shyer about showing art than myself. I've mainly used this account to browse/fav, and to be able to comment on artists I love.

This is a test to see who's paying attention. It serves to eliminate people who are desperately trying to add "friends" like its a popularity contest in High School. This is a test to see how many people in my friends list actually pay attention to me. Copy and repost in your own bulletin. Lets see who the true friends are and I think I know who you are...
